1. The promotion period is valid from January 29th to February 29th, 2024.

Conditions for the REFERRER to earn a bonus of up to Rp1,000,000:Share Your Referral Code (WhizID) with friends who do not have a Whiz account Your friends must enter your referral code when registering their account and make an initial deposit of at least Rp5,000,000 (five million Indonesian Rupiah) within 30 days in the Whiz app You must have an active deposit placement when your referral code is used. You are eligible to receive a bonus of Rp50,000 for each successfully referred friend You will receive extra bonus of Rp500,000 for 10 successfully referred friends You can only receive bonuses for a maximum of 10 people you refer per program period

3. Conditions for the REFEREE to earn a bonus of up to Rp2,000,000:Your friend's referral code must be entered under "Referral Code" during the Whiz account registration You are eligible to receive the bonus after making the first minimum deposit of Rp5,000,000 (five million Indonesian Rupiah). The bonus amount is based on the deposited balance and the minimum lock-up period as follows:

• Bonus can be obtained if the initial deposit is made within 30 days from the account registration
• You can only receive the "CUAN Barengan" bonus once. If the referee makes multiple deposits within 30 days of account registration, the amount used as the basis for the "CUAN Barengan" bonus will be based on the balance of the first deposit
• To qualify for the "CUAN Barengan" bonus, the first deposit cannot be combined with other promotions

4. If the first deposit of the "Invited Party" is disbursed before maturity, then the Simultaneous CUAN bonus does not count for the "Inviter" or the "Invited Party"

5. Bonus in the form of electronic money balance will be credited to respective Whiz wallet of "Referrer" and the "Referee" no later than 7 working days after the maturity date of the first deposit for the "Referee"

6. This program is voluntary and does not require any fees

7. Eligibility of winners (bonus recipients) is solely at the discretion of Whiz

8. Whiz reserves the right to cancel the program at any time or revoke rewards if participants are suspected of fraud without proof to the participants.

9. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time according to Whiz's policies.
