Split Bill means separating your bills from other people's bills. In other words, Split Bill means separating a joint bill from one so that each person has to pay their bill. The goal is that no party is robbed of their money.
You can take advantage of the Split Bill feature from Whiz when hanging out with friends at cafes, karaoke, watching movies, and so on.
How to Use Whiz Split Bill
There are two ways to use the Split Bill feature, split when payment is complete and split using the Request feature. Check out the method below for a complete explanation.
1. Split Bills When Making Payments Via QR/Bank Transfer
When you finish making payments via QR or transfer, you will receive a successful transaction receipt. You can click the 'Split Bill for This Transaction' button in the transaction receipt section to divide the payment between your friends.
2. Split and Bill Using the Request or Split Bill Feature
Apart from going through the payment receipt, you can also divide the total bill and bill it by using the Request feature.
On the homepage, click the 'Request Split Bill' button. Then your camera will be active, select 'Manual Split Bill'.
3. Click 'Submit Request with Split Bill'
Apart from going through the payment receipt, you can also divide the total bill and bill it by using the Request feature.
On the homepage, click the 'Request' button. A screen like an image below will appear. Next, click 'Submit Request with Split Bill.' After that, fill in the total payment or total bill.
4. Add Friends to Share Bills
After you have done the two methods above, you will be asked to add friends. Choose the friend you want to Split Bill with. Make sure your friend has a Whiz account, ok!
5. Distribution Results Will Appear Automatically
Then, the total payment will be automatically divided. You can change the distribution results by clicking on the nominal you want to change. However, this will also affect the results of the distribution of other friends.
You can click 'Confirm Split Bill' if the bill division is correct.
6. Billing Request Sent
After that, your bill will be sent and entered into your friends' accounts. You can view the request history on the 'Sign Out' page. You can also check whether your friend has paid by clicking 'Request' and then checking on the 'Login' page.
7. Send Reminder to Remind
You can also remind your friend to pay the bill by clicking 'Remind This Contact' in the request details section.
